so there has been an on going water battle at my residence. kayleigh and I decided to pour cold water not once but twice on her dad while he was taking a shower. I then got him another night while she was asleep with ice cold water and he then proceeded to jump out of the shower and chase me around the house to throw me in the shower with my clothes on.
so it just so happened kayleigh and i decided to take a shower together before going out the other night. we were in there for about 10 mins and we were speechless when chris decided to pour a huge POT of ICE COLD WATER all over the two of us.
Freezing: my daughter and I then plotted on how we were going to get him back.
here’s the scene:
last night around 7:30 chris was in the shower. he knew we were planning something so he kept insisting he was going to shower with the shower curtain open or we could close the door and lock it so he could hear it pop when we came in. I left kayleigh in charge of keeping his mind occupied by talking to him while he was showering so I could go fill up the pot. slowly entering in the bathroom he heard me and opened the shower curtain, came running out of the shower with soap suds all on his hands and in his hair. i went running through the hall way he got the pot poured it in the sink and lathered soap all in my hair. he then ran and got back into the shower laughing the whole way.
at this point kayleighs going mom i just saw daddy naked, omg mom i just saw daddy naked. i’m walking around with dry hair and soap all in it and there is water all over the carpet and into the kitchen. laughing i went into the bathroom and started talking when kayleigh said mama, i got an idea and winked her little eyes at me. all i could do is grin. so now we moved to plan b she said. she went and filled the pot up, brought it to me we poured it on him and ran like crazy outside.
now, the water fight continues. i wouldn’t be surprised the next time one of us is showering that there will be pickles, beets, or juice all over us.
